Order procedure for the RAID package

1. Eligibility check and contactΒ 

Existing RAID members must provide their RAID certification number to verify eligibility.Β Members contact Divers League via the website, email, phone, or through their instructor or dive center, to express interest in ordering the RAID package.Β 

2. Verification processΒ 

Divers League verifies the RAID certification number with RAID headquarters.Β Upon successful verification, members are notified of their eligibility and can proceed with ordering.Β 

3. Order placementΒ 

  • Direct orders: Eligible members place their order through the Divers League, providing all necessary details, including any customization options (e.g., backmount or sidemount cable).Β 
  • Orders via instructor or dive center: Instructors or dive centers can place orders on behalf of their members, ensuring all information is accurate and that any applicable discounts are applied.Β 

4. Order confirmation and processingΒ 

Divers League processes the order, confirms payment, and applies any discounts.Β An order confirmation email is sent, detailing the package, customization options, applied discount, and estimated delivery date.Β 

5. Shipping and deliveryΒ 

The RAID package is shipped to the specified address provided by the member or dive center.Β Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.Β 

6. Post-order supportΒ 

Members can contact Divers League for any post-order inquiries or support needs, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.Β
